Melanie started out with holiday cards for friends and is currently working on a kids YouTube channel idea and hopes to eventually expand to the TV world with her own children's show. Melanie's son is her biggest fan and where she gets most of her inspiration! Melanie always concentrates on the the small details that play a big part in completing the "big picture".

Passionate! That is one of the best words that can be used to describe me. I am passionate about everything and with everything I do my heart goes into it entirely. Express yourself. Accept yourself. Love yourself. Those are the three main things that I feel that everyone should remember. When we are true to ourselves, we can achieve ANYTHING!

Carol Walker's passion for photography started at an early age, with animals as her favorite subjects. She studied literature and photography as an undergraduate at Smith College, and continued her education in photography after graduating, studying portraiture and nature photography. Carol has traveled all over the world photographing wildlife and specializes in photographing horses. These images illuminate the relationship between horses and people, as well as showcase the beauty of horses with her stunning images of horses at liberty. At workshops Carol teaches equine photography and her commercial work includes catalogue covers for leaders in the equine industry.
Carol has authored an award winning book Wild Hoofbeats: America's Vanishing Wild Horses which is in its second printing and has just released her second book, Horse Photography: The Dynamic Guide for Horse Lovers.

I seek to capture the essence of the horses that I am photographing, by spending time with them and becoming in tune with their nature and behavior. My goal is to provide the viewer with a connection between them and the horse I am photographing, and when I am photographing wild horses, I strive to inspire people to help save them. When I saw these beautiful horses, at home in the dry, wild spaces of Wyoming, my heart connected with them-I was profoundly moved by their spirit, their beauty and their connection to their families. I returned again and again to spend time with them and photograph them, and when I learned that their freedom was in jeopardy, I sought to use my art to help them, to educate people about them, and to move them to help. I would like to have my art help save America's wild horses, keeping them free on our public lands.
