SUNDANCE ART LICENSING DEBUTS ARTIST ANDI METZ AT SURTEX 2014
(ORLANDO, FLORIDA) April 25, 2014-
Sun Dance Art Publishing and Licensing is pleased to introduce over ten new collections by artist Andi Metz at the Surtex Show located in New York at the Jacob Javit Center, May 2014. Metz’s art includes a variety of themes such as coastal, floral, kitchen, Christmas, Halloween, Valentines and many more.
Metz fell in love with drawing when she held her first crayon at age three and illustrated her first book. Metz’s career includes experience in designing for greeting cards, writing and illustrating children’s books and designing fabric and patterns for the quilting industry. Metz finds her happy place to be wherever she is surrounded by creativity. “Most of my favorite pieces seem to have painted themselves, as I get lost in artful meditation while adding intricate details in my designs” says Metz.
Metz works with a variety of methods in creating her art. She paints with either gouache or water color and then manipulates the art digitally. She also has the ability to create art graphically depending upon the design. She loves to take on projects and works hard to make deadlines. Metz’s art has been well received by our customers and she was able to quickly sign new licensing deals.
